Clearout Credit, explained
Clearout Credit is a fixed reduction in your clearout price for selected items Bauman Bounty agrees to take for resale.
We first determine what it will take to sort, load, donate, transport, and remove the contents of the property. We then identify items with realistic resale potential and apply an agreed credit toward that service price.
You approve the items, the credit, and your final price before the project begins.

One price, agreed upfront
In this example, Bauman Bounty identified tools, quality furniture, boxed appliances, and several collectible items with realistic resale potential.
The customer received the $350 reduction immediately and did not have to photograph, list, store, negotiate, or coordinate pickup for the items.

How it works
Nothing is taken and no credit is applied until you approve the plan.
We evaluate the volume, labor, access, hauling, donation trips, disposal requirements, and project timeline. This establishes the standard price for completing the work.
We look for selected items with enough realistic resale potential to justify the time, transportation, storage, preparation, and selling work involved.
Your written proposal shows the standard clearout price, the items included in the Clearout Credit, the credit amount, and your final service balance.
What we look at
Clearout Credit is considered item by item or group by group. Categories that may qualify include:

Age alone does not determine value. Condition, completeness, brand, demand, storage requirements, and the realistic selling price all matter.
Practical limitations
Items that do not qualify for credit may still be donated, recycled, or removed as part of the larger clearout plan.
Realistic, not theoretical
Clearout Credit is based on what Bauman Bounty reasonably expects to recover after the work and risk of resale—not the highest asking price found online.
The amount reflects the immediate value we can responsibly guarantee before anything has been sold.

Certainty now, work handled later
Once the proposal is approved and the selected items are removed, Bauman Bounty takes responsibility for what happens next.
We may clean, research, photograph, list, store, bundle, transport, discount, donate, or otherwise handle those items as appropriate. Your agreed Clearout Credit does not decrease if an item sells for less than expected or does not sell.
It also does not increase if an item eventually sells for more. The certainty of the upfront credit is the tradeoff for Bauman Bounty assuming the resale labor, expense, and risk.
When the credit is substantial
Yes. When qualifying items provide enough recoverable value, Clearout Credit may reduce the clearout balance to zero.
If we believe the value substantially exceeds the cost of the service, we may discuss a separate direct-purchase, consignment, or liquidation offer. Clearout Credit itself does not automatically create a cash payout.

No. An item can still be useful or donatable without having enough resale demand to justify a credit.
